Booking Transparency

  1. Booking Window: Appointments must be booked 24 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are not accepted.
  2. Cancellation Policy: Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a fee.
  3. Confirmation: All bookings require email confirmation. Clients will receive an appointment confirmation and a reminder email 48 hours before their appointment.
  4. Duration: Standard appointments are 30 minutes long. Extended consultations of 60 minutes can be booked upon request.
  5. Platform: Consultations are conducted via Zoom. Clients will receive a Zoom link in their confirmation email.
  6. Preparation: Clients are encouraged to prepare any questions or topics of discussion before their appointment to maximize the effectiveness of the consultation.
  7. Late Policy: Clients who are more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment, subject to availability.
  8. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend an appointment without notifying in advance will be subject to a no-show fee and may be restricted from booking future appointments.
  9. Payment: Payment is required when booking any paid consultations. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers.
