Booking Transparency
- Booking Window: Appointments must be booked 24 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are not accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a fee.
- Confirmation: All bookings require email confirmation. Clients will receive an appointment confirmation and a reminder email 48 hours before their appointment.
- Duration: Standard appointments are 30 minutes long. Extended consultations of 60 minutes can be booked upon request.
- Platform: Consultations are conducted via Zoom,Google, Teams or In Person. Clients will receive links in their confirmation email.
- Preparation: Clients are encouraged to prepare any questions or topics of discussion before their appointment to maximize the effectiveness of the consultation.
- Late Policy: Clients who are more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment, subject to availability.
